4. Payments

• Payments can be made via wallet or online payment
• All payments must be completed before order processing
• Foody Takeout reserves the right to apply a service fee to transactions processed on the platform. This fee is clearly displayed at checkout before the final payment is made. By proceeding with the payment, the user agrees to the total amount inclusive of these service charges.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins
• Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible

Foody Takeout acts as an intermediary between customers, restaurants, and riders.
